Whether your next event is a wedding, graduation, birthday, or business meeting, there is a homemade flavor waiting for you.

Ice cream catering feeds approximately 50 people, minimum. Coffee serves 40 - 100 people.
Our catering minimum for events is 50 people's worth of ice cream. If your party is less than 50 people, you will either have additional ice cream to save for later or you will have to opt for pre-packaged scoops and/or homemade ice cream sandwiches. We also have ice cream cakes and gallons of ice cream to go available. If your party is more than 70 people, you will have additional employees on staff for the event. Coffee catering serves between 40 - 100 people. Choose from 3, 5, and 6-gallon cambros that keep the coffee hot for up to 8 hours. Coffee catering comes with cups, sugars, and non-pasteurized half-and-half. Please contact us to learn more.

You can choose from any of our homemade flavors (including dairy-free!)
Prior to your event, you will let us know which flavors you'd like. From classics like vanilla and chocolate to untraditional flavors like strawberry oreo and blueberry cheesecake, the possibilities are endless! Dairy-free options are available as well. You can view all of our flavors by visiting our menu as well as taste test whichever flavors you are most interested in before making your selection.

2 Churn employees minimum.
We guarantee you will have 2 or more Churn employees at your event. Our catering employees have been with us for years and truly understand the process of making and serving homemade ice cream. Depending on the size of your event, we will bring at least 2 of our ice cream experts to serve your guests.
Catering typically lasts 2 hours total.
On average, our catering services last 2 hours. This includes a 15-minute setup that requires connection to an electrical source, 1 hour and 30 minutes of service time and conversation with your guests, followed by a 15-minute breakdown and clean-up of our area. If you are interested in a longer serve time, please contact us.
Catering MAY require an electrical hookup.
Due to our coolers, we MAY NEED access to an electrical source for catering. This is especially important if you're planning a long party or event outdoors or at an unfamiliar venue.

Start by choosing your favorite flavors. We'll prepare our ice cream and bring it to your event. Our outgoing and highly trained team will set up the ice cream display, serve it to your guests, and answer any ice cream questions you may have!
Group Size Takeout
Start by choosing your favorite flavors. We'll prepare pre-packaged homemade ice cream cups and large orders of coffee. Pick up your ice cream or coffee the day of the event, and delight your guests with a seriously sweet treat!
